REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

1. **Hygiene Considerations**: Due to hygiene and health regulations, we as a business do not offer refunds on hair extensions. We do however, offer an exchange of colour only if the hair extensions have not been opened, worn, or altered in any way.
2. **Time Frame**: Exchanges are to be made within a two week timeframe.
3. **Condition of the Product**: Hair extensions must typically be exchanged in their original, unused condition. This means the product should be in its original packaging, without signs of wear, and with any attached labels or tags still intact.
4. **Receipt or Proof of Purchase**: You will need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase to process a refund or exchange.
5. **Return Shipping**: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
6. **Custom or Special Orders**: Custom-made or specially ordered hair extensions are often non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
7. **Final Sale Items**: Items marked as "final sale" are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
